You can book your vehicle online on our website, by calling the contact phone number, by calling or sending a message via Viber or Whatsapp. Online reservations are available 24 hours a day, and for all other reservation options, we are available every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The reservation must be made no later than 2 hours before the vehicle is picked up.
All online reservations made from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. will be processed as soon as possible, reservations made from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day will be processed at the beginning of business hours.

You will be notified of the receipt of your reservation by e-mail.
Is it possible to change an already made reservation?
At your request, we can make a change to your reservation.
Any change in the reservation must be confirmed by the contact center.
How to cancel a reservation?
If you want to cancel your reservation, you need to notify the agency in a timely manner.
What documents do I need to bring to pick up the vehicle?
When picking up the vehicle, a valid driver’s license and ID card or passport must be presented. Driver’s licenses that are not issued in Latin letters must be completed with an international driver’s license.
Can another person take over the vehicle on my behalf?
You can collect your vehicle only by coming to the agency in person.
Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
You can transfer your reservation to another person. Please inform the agency about it.
The person who takes over the vehicle must have his personal documents.
Is it possible to pay the rental costs with someone else's credit card?
If you are paying with a card that is not in your name, the card owner must be present to sign the consent.
