Can the vehicle be picked up at a location other than the branch office?
It is possible to pick up the vehicle at any desired location. Such service must be arranged no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental. Vehicle delivery is charged according to the price list of additional services.
What credit cards do you accept?
Credit cards we accept: Visa, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard.
Can the deposit be left in cash?
It is possible to leave the deposit in cash, if you have a valid identity card or passport of the Republic of Serbia. Foreign citizens deposit exclusively by credit card.
What expenses may arise during the rental of a vehicle, which are not covered by NEVIAN Rent a car or additional insurance?
Loss or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings in the vehicle
Fines for traffic violations, illegal stopping and parking, as well as the costs of parking tickets
Costs caused by pouring the wrong type of fuel
Costs for a lost, stolen or damaged vehicle key
Costs for lost, stolen or damaged vehicle documents
Damage costs caused by negligence – dead battery
Costs incurred due to locking the key in the car
Costs of damage to the interior of the vehicle
Costs of loss of equipment (spare wheel, tire repair kit and associated tools, trunk roll/shelf and folder with vehicle documentation and user manual)
Costs of damage to additional equipment
Expenses incurred due to misuse of the vehicle
Costs incurred due to non-observance of vehicle maintenance requirements specified in the attached service booklet
Costs of damage to the vehicle caused under the influence of alcohol or opiates
Costs of extracting vehicles from inaccessible areas (e.g. extracting vehicles from mud in case of not using first priority roads)
Costs incurred by driving on unpaved roads
Expenses incurred during racing or vehicle participation in sports events
Costs incurred due to overloading the vehicle with people or cargo
Costs for damages caused by a person who is not listed as the main or additional driver in the rental agreement
Expenses incurred in cases where the driver or additional driver specified in the rental agreement does not have a valid driver’s license or is prohibited from driving a motor vehicle
Other: damage to wipers and locks on the vehicle, theft or loss of external parts of the vehicle without submitting a police report, costs of damages caused by the use of roof racks or luggage on the racks, damage caused by loading or unloading cargo or luggage and placing cargo or luggage on the roof, hood or similarly, as well as the costs caused by ignoring the vehicle’s audible and visual notifications.
What do additional insurance packages provide?
Additional insurance packages reduce your participation in damages. The amount of additional insurance depends on the vehicle category, the selected package and the length of the rental.* Each insurance package is valid only with a police report.
How long after the return of the vehicle is the deposit returned?
If the deposit is paid in cash, it will be returned immediately after the vehicle is returned. The deposit reserved with one of the credit cards is released at the end of the rental, when the rental costs are collected from it. The return of the deposit or the difference of the deposit to your account is usually done automatically, and within seven working days at the latest.
