How old do you need to be to rent a car?
To rent or drive a rental car vehicle, you must be at least 25 years old and have 2 years of driving experience.
When picking up a rental car, you must present a valid ID card and driver’s license. Driver’s licenses that are not in the Latin alphabet, but e.g. Japanese, Chinese or Arabic, must be completed with an international driver’s license.
Is a credit card required to reserve a vehicle?
A credit card is mandatory for all foreign citizens, and citizens of the Republic of Serbia, i.e. persons who have a valid identity card of the Republic of Serbia, can pay the rent and deposit in cash, whereby the rent is paid exclusively in dinar equivalents at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia .
For certain categories of vehicles, a credit card is mandatory, regardless of the above conditions.
Is it possible to make a reservation for another person with my credit card?
Yes, you can make the reservation of the vehicle, as well as the payment of all rental costs and deposits, for another person, as long as the cardholder must be present when picking up the vehicle, in order to sign the payment agreement.

Is it possible to choose a specific vehicle model?
We try to respect the wishes of our clients, but we are not always able to provide you with the exact selected vehicle model. The agency reserves the right to change the vehicle model in the same category.
Is it possible to pick up the vehicle at a location other than the office?
We deliver the vehicle to the address desired by the client. The delivery of the vehicle should be arranged at least 24 hours before taking over the vehicle. The service is charged according to the valid price list of additional services.

What is damage sharing?
Participation in damage is the maximum part of the responsibility assumed by the client, and the amount of participation depends on the category of the selected vehicle and the selected insurance package.
What do additional insurance packages provide?
Additional insurance packages reduce your participation in damages. The amount of additional insurance depends on the vehicle category, the selected package and the length of the rental.* Each insurance package is valid only with a police report.
Does the desired insurance package have to be selected at the time of booking?
It is recommended that you select the desired coverage package when reserving the vehicle, but you can also select additional insurance packages when picking up the vehicle.
Is it necessary to reserve additional equipment before the rental?
In order to be sure that the desired equipment will be available at the time of collection, we advise you to reserve additional equipment in advance, when booking. In any case, you can request additional equipment without a prior reservation, but then the agency does not guarantee availability.
Is it allowed to travel with a rented vehicle outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia?
If you plan to travel with a rented vehicle outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia, you are obliged to inform the agency about it. Crossing the border may be charged additionally.
Is there a mileage limit during the lease?
Mileage restrictions depend on the number of days and the destination of the trip. All information related to this type of restriction is highlighted on our site, or you can get it by calling our Customer Service.
Is the minimum duration of vehicle rental defined?
The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. You can use the vehicle for just a few hours, but in any case, one day’s rental is charged.
Is there a maximum duration of the vehicle rental?
The maximum rental period is not limited.
Can the vehicle be returned at another location?
Yes, the vehicle can be picked up at one location and returned at another location. If, during the rental, you decide to return the vehicle to an address that was not agreed at the time of collection, you need to notify the agency in a timely manner, so that we can provide you with such a service. Such service may incur additional costs
Is it possible to arrange the return of the vehicle in other cities or abroad where the Nevian agency does not have branches?
Yes it’s possible. For this service, you need to contact our Customer Service.
Is it mandatory to specify the exact pick-up time in the reservation?
When making a reservation, the exact pick-up time must be specified. If there is a change in the pick-up time, you need to inform the agency about it no later than 12 hours before the planned pick-up.
Is it possible to choose to pick up and return the vehicle outside of office hours?
