If the vehicle breaks down, what should I do?
If the vehicle breaks down during the rental, you need to notify the agency as soon as possible, so that we can provide you with the necessary support.
If the vehicle documents, license plates, vehicle key are lost, what should I do?
As soon as possible, you should report the loss and/or theft of documents and/or license plates to the nearest police station, where you will receive a certificate of the incident, and when you return the rental vehicle, you must hand it over to the agency’s employees. Also, inform the agency about the situation by phone or e-mail within 24 hours.
How to extend the vehicle lease?
You can extend the rental by sending an e-mail, a message on Viber or Whatsapp or in our office 24 hours before the rental expires. *In order to extend the lease, you need to get consent, confirmation from the agency.
Can the vehicle be returned to a different location than the one agreed upon at pick-up?
You can change the vehicle return location during the rental, but you need to get the agency’s approval for such a service. In this case, there may be additional costs.
If you decide to travel abroad during the rental period, what do you need to do?
If you decided to travel abroad during the rental period, inform the agency before the trip, in order to issue a new contract and possibly activate additional services.
Is it possible to rent a GPS, WiFi or high chair?
In our offer of additional equipment, you can choose: WiFi, GPS, children’s chair/booster, winter tires, snow chains. If the equipment is available, you can rent it, and the payment is made according to the valid price list.
How to add another driver to the contract?
If you have decided to add another driver to the contract, you need to come to the nearest office with a valid driver’s license and the identity card or passport of the driver you want to add. The additional driver must also meet the basic rental requirements (25 years of age and 2 years of driving experience). Payment is made from the day the service is added to the contract.
Is it possible to return the vehicle earlier than expected?
You can return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date and time, with prior notice to the agency. In that case, you will pay for the number of days the vehicle was used. But due to the difference in calculation, there may be changes in the rental price from the one stated in the original contract.
How to subsequently purchase additional vehicle insurance?
If you already have our vehicle on rent, and you later decided to buy additional insurance, you need to come to our nearest office for a vehicle inspection and change of contract.
Which countries can you travel to with a rented vehicle?
With our vehicle you can travel to all European countries. Before traveling abroad, you need to inform the agency about it, if the trip was not agreed upon in advance when picking up the vehicle.
