How do I know my booking is confirmed?
After you send the request, an operator checks the dates and confirms your booking. You can call us every day 8:00–22:00.
Can I extend my rental?
Extensions and other changes are agreed with us in writing, before the agreed rental period ends.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free.
How do I pay for the rental and the deposit?
You can pay the deposit and rental by pre-authorisation on a payment card (Visa, Master, Maestro, Dina), in cash or by bank transfer (companies). A cash deposit is returned right after the car is returned without damage; a card or invoice deposit within 15 working days at the latest.
Do you deliver the car to an address?
Yes, you can pick up and return the car at an address in Belgrade; choose the address in the booking form.
Can I pick up the car outside working hours?
Yes, for a surcharge according to the price list; the amount is shown in the form as soon as you choose the time.
